Absolutely! We understand the importance of adding a personal touch to your gift. When placing your order, simply leave your heartfelt message in the designated area during checkout. Rest assured, we will include a complimentary card with your message alongside the gift box, ensuring that your sentiments are conveyed beautifully to the recipient.

- Will shipping be included?

We are happy to include free shipping for all orders over $100 for one address. For all orders over $100, shipping costs are not included in the product prices. However, we strive to provide transparent and fair shipping rates to our customers. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the shipping costs associated with your order before finalising your purchase. - How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed with us are processed and dispatched each business day (Monday – Friday). If you place an order on a Public Holiday or over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
For standard delivery, please allow 1 – 5 business days for delivery within metro areas.
If you opt for Express delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.
While we strive to expedite the delivery process, please note that once the parcels are in the hands of the courier service, we have limited control over the delivery timeframe. Should you encounter any issues with delivery time frames, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office. We're here to assist you in finding a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring that your gifts reach you or your recipient in a timely manner.
- What if no one is home to receive the delivery?

We offer the option for "Authority to leave," which can be selected during checkout. If you choose this option and no one is home to receive the delivery, the courier service will assess whether it's safe to leave the parcel unattended. If deemed safe, the parcel will be left at the delivery address.
However, if there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be taken to the closest collection point, and a card will be left with the collection details for your convenience.
If "Authority to leave" is not selected and no one is available to receive the delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address with instructions to collect the parcel from the nearest collection point specified on the card.

- Can my gift be delivered on a specific day?

While we strive to accommodate your delivery preferences, we must acknowledge that for domestic shipping, we rely on estimates provided by courier companies. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day. However, we can certainly aim for a particular day when dispatching the gift from our end.
For customers on the Sunshine Coast seeking same-day delivery, we can arrange delivery on specific business days. Please note that this service is available exclusively for same-day deliveries within the Sunshine Coast region.
Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we endeavor to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we take every precaution to ensure that your goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.In the rare instance that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us promptly at hello@wholesomegifthub.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Our dedicated team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing an refund or replacement product within 7 days.
